Our team have many years of experience in planning, developing and managing government procurement and large scale approaches to the market such as requests for tender.

Our related company, Horsell Consulting Pty Ltd (Horsell) is a 100% Australian, family and veteran owned professional services business that has proudly assisted several government and industry clients since 2007. 

​

Recognised as experts in Australian government procurement particularly working with the Australian Defence Contracting or ASDEFCON suite of templates, Horsell has long identified that the current practice of developing Defence and in particular Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) tenders was not best practice and there was a significant opportunity for productivity improvements and savings to be made.

Horsell Technology Pty Ltd was then incorporated on 8 December 2021 in Melbourne, Australia as a related entity to Horsell Consulting Pty Ltd, a trusted provider to government agencies for almost 15 years.

Horsell Technology Pty Ltd and Horsell Consulting Pty Ltd work together seamlessly under a License Agreement including branding, logos, the trading name 'Horsell' and registered and non-registered trademarks as well as all other Assets as per the terms of the Agreement.
